The Project
The Project
The Unique-Check project brings together four partners and aims to develop a unique procedure to rapidly detect and unambiguously prove the administration of rBST through a holistic approach using knowledge of chemistry, biochemistry, immunology, separation, biosensor technology and analytical instrumentation. Overall objectives are to develop a panel of immunoassays (biosensor, ELISA and LFD) and physio-chemical confirmatory method for screening and confirming the presence of rBST in milk.
