Oral Presentations

Authors of papers accepted for oral presentation will have 15 minutes for their presentation, plus 5 minutes for questions. A laptop, laser pointer/remote and a prompter screen will be provided. Authors should upload slide decks at the following link no later than Monday 7^th April 2025.  Organisers will test the functionality of the presentation slides prior to the session. We ask that slide decks are presented as PowerPoint or PDF file types only.

Poster Presentations

Dedicated poster sessions will be scheduled during the conference. The poster boards provided fit a poster of size A0 (portrait). Hook and loop tape to affix posters to the velcro boards will be provided. Authors will be assigned a numbered board and are responsible for ensuring their poster is affixed to the board in advance of the Poster Session.

Authors of selected abstracts will be offered an opportunity to give a 3 minute flash presentation of their poster.
