This section aims at providing clarity on topics that are of special interest to postdocs and researchers, notably by sign-posting to relevant policies, procedures and guidance.

As a postdoc or researcher, it can be complicated at times to understand what is expected from you and what you are "allowed" to do or not. You may find it difficult to find the information you are looking for and understand how policies apply to your specific situation as a postdoctoral researcher employed on a fixed-term contract.

The PDC aims at helping you with this, by directing you to the University policies that are the most relevant to you, as well as by developing guidance and new specific reasonable "good practice" guidelines or advice in areas for which there are no policies in place but that are important to you, such as teaching.
