This event was initially due to take place on 10 March but had to be rescheduled due to the adverse weather conditions on that day.
This MYND session will be facilitated by Erin McElvogue. Erin is a Mindset & Wellness Consultant with multiple years’ experience within the sports, training and wellbeing spheres. Most recently Erin has developed the MYND movement to provide participants with the skills to prioritise their wellbeing.
Physical and mental health are placed at the centre of the activities with opportunities for movement, mindfulness, and self-reflection. This session provides opportunities for everyone to:
- Develop self-awareness through the exploration of thoughts and habitual behaviours.
- Understand our responses to stress and how to relieve tension in the mind and body.
- Explore techniques that enable us to feel more confident and competent in our abilities.
The MYND workshop will be followed by some light refreshments and time for socialising. Please wear something comfortable and bring along an exercise mat or cushion if you can.
Spaces are limited so register today!
