It's just a 10-minute bus ride or a 15-minute walk from the Lanyon Building, providing a peaceful setting for academic pursuits. The village comprises 50 three-storied accommodation blocks, each featuring 10-11 bedrooms with shared common rooms and kitchens on each floor.

The main social space, known as The Treehouse, serves as a hub for student activities, offering a coffee bar, snooker and pool tables, a TV lounge with large screens, games and karaoke room, and outdoor BBQ facilities. Elms BT9 is well-suited for first-year undergraduate students, providing a supportive community and vibrant living experience. The rooms have essential amenities, including high-speed internet, study desks, and ample storage.

Student Roost Accommodation in Collaboration with Queen's

Swanston House

Swanston House is a modern property with studio and ensuite student accommodation, just a 20-minute walk from Queen's University.
