What we do
The Student Experience Team at One Elmwood is dedicated to enhancing the student journey at Queen's. We provide direct support to students and guide them to appropriate services within One Elmwood and collaborate with service providers to deliver strategic projects and streamline communication processes.

Student Information Point (SIP)
As a core part of the Student Experience Team, the Student Information Point is the first point of contact for student enquiries. Located on the first floor of One Elmwood, the SIP assist students with their queries and direct them to relevant support services where necessary.
- Streamlined Student Communications
My Queen’s is a centralised online platform providing students with essential resources and information to navigate their student life at Queen's.
If you are new to the University our ‘Getting Started at Queen’s’ platform is designed to support all new students.
- International Student Experience Enhancement
We offer dedicated events and workshops throughout the academic year to support international students.
All students are welcome to attend. Please see details of details of our Pre-Semester Engagement Programme as an example.
