Join our exciting new programme which takes you behind the scenes experience of leadership and employability, developed to give a world of work insight tailored for a disabled student.

You will visit a Belfast company onsite and speak with a range of leaders – and potential employers - across different sectors, explore local issues and how leaders are tackling them.

The employers selected for the programme value diversity in the workplace and this programme is an excellent opportunity to build networks that will benefit your transition into work after university. 

This programme is open to students from all disciplines with a disability who are registered with Queen’s Disability Services.
