Gale Digital Scholar Lab
Did you know you can access the Gale Digital Scholar Lab, as well as Gale primary sources, through QUB Library? This session will demonstrate how they can be used in teaching, learning and research. The platform follows three main steps for helping you work with digitised textual data: Build, Clean, and Analyze. You can use the vast range of data available in Gale Primary Sources or upload your own documents. An integrated Learning Center provides instructional tutorial videos and explanations throughout, supporting newcomers and experienced users alike. The six built-in analysis tools are: Ngrams, Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modeling, Named Entity Recognition, Document Clustering, Parts of Speech.
