The panel will consist of internal and external speakers in mental health and movement such as Shirley McCay MBE, World Cup Silver medallist and Olympian for Ireland in hockey, Karl Oakes, Head of Sport at Queen's, Gift Sotonye-Frank, Lecturer in Law and keen runner, and Dr Aisling Gough, former Queen’s alumni, who you may know as the Healthy Little Lifter on Instagram, with over 150,000 who is an expert on movement, diet and it’s importance to our mental health.
