Family friendly event - Join us to watch two short films in the portable dome, where we will explore the importance of urban environments (where we live) for human health and animal health. Learn about the impact of climate change, including extreme heat events and flooding, the role green and blue spaces play in climate mitigation and adaptation, and introducing our very own Terrahunter.
Meet the researchers working on how the environment we live in affects our health (particularly brain/cognitive health) as we age and the value of looking after the fifth largest planet in our solar system: EARTH
But better than all that... there will be lego, colouring in our mascots - Vera, Bowie and Mac as they go on their travels, a free book and comic and more....
We are proud to be included in the Northern Ireland Science Festival's 10th Anniversary Programme.
