You are warmly invited to ‘Shakespeare in Ireland’ part of this semester’s Irish Studies research seminar series. Molly Quinn-Leitch will speak on ‘A Cultural History of Shakespeare in Northern Ireland: Materiality, Performance, Fiction, Film’, followed by Dr Emer McHugh’s talk, ‘Who is a Great Shakespearean? Kenneth Branagh, Irishness, and the Shakespeare Film Industry’.

The event will be both in-person in the Irish Studies Seminar Room, 27 University Square, and online via MS Teams. Monday 4 March, 4.30-6.00pm.
