For indemnifying such persons as have acted for the service of the public in advising or carrying into execution the order of council of 13 November 1782, for prohibiting the exportation of potatoes, and of all manner of corn, grain, flour and meal, except as therein mentioned, or the resolution of council of 9 June 1783, and for preventing suits in consequence thereof. |
