Privy Council Notes: See 'To prevent the further growth of popery (privy council)'. EPC returned a bill to Ireland in Feb. 1704, having considered the two bills transmitted from Ireland. For the purposes of classifying this bill the bill returned to London is deemed to be procedurally the same as the bill in initiated by the Irish government, and therefore this bill is deemed to have been dropped in London. Extant Copies: The heads of this bill are entered in full in the last edition of HC Journal (21 volumes, 1796–1802, vol. ii, pp 373–7), but not in other editions.
