Title For ascertaining the stock of foreign wines belonging to dealers in and sellers of such wines on the 25th day of March 1800, and for securing certain duties of excise thereon, and for granting to his majesty a further duty on rum imported, and certain duties on the exportation of certain goods to the British plantations in America and the West Indies in lieu of all other duties.
