Privy Council Notes:
- The title of the bill as it appeared at the English Privy Council differed in some points from the title of the heads sent by the commons to the chief governor, and was presumably amended by the Irish Privy Council. For this reason, 'Amend' has been assigned to Decision of Irish Privy Council.
'Their lordships are humbly of opinion this bill is not proper to be passed into a law.' PC 2/85, p. 384.
