Comprising 3 pp, it is entitled 'Heads of a bill for explaining an act passed in the last sessions of this present parliament entitled an act for the relief of Dorothy Rawdon Spinster'. It is endorsed: 'Heads of a bill for explaining an act passed for the relief of Dorothy Rawdon Spinster. This is the heads of the bill desired to be passed this session. This is exactly agreeable to that formerly sent from the commons to the council but there is a proviso that was inserted at the latter end of the other copy (now along with this) in favour wholly of Mrs R which I suppose was a clause brought in on her behalf in the commons though not in that left[?] there - I have inserted that proviso at the end of this. Vide fo: 3 in medio if there are not some words contradictory.'
