- B.L., Add. MS 61633, f. 190. George Dodington to [Sunderland], 14 Aug. 1707. Parliament adjourned. Sends list of bills which have passed both houses and will soon be sent to England. Recommends public bills, 'believing them to be consistent with the dependence of this kingdom on the crown of Great Britain. And if in anything they differ from the laws and customs of England, it is in cases that require a peculiar remedy and proper for the circumstances of this country...'.
