Title |
To enable [Sir John Freke, of Castle-Freke, in the county of Cork, baronet] to raise by sale, mortgage or demise of a competent part of his estate, such sum or sums of money as will be sufficient for the immediate payment and discharge of the provisions and portions charged thereon, for the brothers and sisters of George Evans, late of Bulgadinhall, in the county of Limerick, deceased, and also for the immediate payment and discharge of the real debts of the said George Evans, pursuant to the directions in his will, and the expenses of the said act, and also to enable [Sir John Freke], and Ralph and Percy Evans, to make the usual and customary leases, for three lives, or 31 years, of such parts of the said estate as shall not be sold for the purposes aforesaid. |
