Title To explain and amend and render more effectual an act, passed in the 27th year of his majesty's reign, entitled, an act for the better collection of his majesty's revenue arising from forfeited recognizances, as also an act passed in the 29th year of his majesty's reign, entitled, an act to amend an act passed in the 27th year of his majesty's reign, entitled, an act for the better collection of his majesty's revenue arising from forfeited recognizances, and to extend the provisions thereof, and for enlarging the time for John Howard Kyan, esquire, to account pursuant to his recognizance.
Variant Title(s) To explain and amend and render more effectual an act of the 27th of the king for the better collection of his majesty's revenue arising from forfeited recognizances, and also an act to amend the said act, and to extend the provisions thereof, and for enlarging the time for John Howard Kyan, esquire, to erect a smelting house and flatting mill on the lands of Ballymurtagh or Cronebawn, in the county of Wicklow.
