For granting to his majesty the several aids, duties, rights, impositions and taxes therein particularly expressed to be applied to the payment of the interest of the principal sums therein provided for, and towards the discharging of the said principal sums, in such manner as therein is directed, and for such other purposes as are therein mentioned. |
