For the sale of competent parts of the estates of the Right Honourable John, earl of Ormonde, and the Honourable Walter Butler, commonly called Lord Viscount Thurles, his eldest son and heir apparent, for the payment of debts, charges and encumbrances affecting the same, and for settling such part and parts thereof as shall not be sold for the purposes aforesaid, and for other purposes. |
