English Privy Council Records:
- PC 1/3/124, ff 1-5 (Committee Report)
PC 1/5/21, f. 3 (Law Officers Report)
Privy Council Notes:
- The Irish bills committee reported on 28 Mar. 1734 (PC 2/92, pp 392-3) that this bill should be passed with amendments. The index to this volume of the privy council register gives a correct page reference for the report, and also indicates that the bill was approved and ordered to be engrossed and passed under the seal at pp 411, 412. However no entry for the bill appears there or elsewhere in the register. The bill was nonetheless evidently approved, and was returned to the Irish parliament.
