Title |
To authorize the issuing of treasury bills to the amount therein mentioned to the company of the Grand Canal, to carry on a navigation to the River Shannon, and to authorize the issuing of debentures to the amount therein mentioned, to enable the company of the Royal Canal to proceed in carrying on the said canal. |
