To explain and amend an act made in the 33rd year of the reign of his late majesty King GeorgeĀ II entitled an act for repealing an act passed in this kingdom in the 8th year of the reign of King GeorgeĀ I entitled an act for the better securing the payment of bankers' notes, and for providing a more effectual remedy for the security and payment of debts due by bankers. |
