For granting the sum of £4,000 for the purposes therein mentioned, and for continuing the several duties granted by an act passed in this kingdom in the 3rd year of his majesty's reign entitled an act for continuing the encouragement given by former acts of parliament to the flaxen and hempen manufactures. |
