Title For vesting certain towns, lands, tenements and hereditaments situate in the counties of Cavan, Fermanagh and Longford, the estate of John Enery of Bawnboy in the county of Cavan, esquire, in trustees, in order that the same, or a competent part thereof, may be sold for payment of debts and encumbrances affecting certain lands situate in the county of Cavan, the estate of the said John Enery, and for settling the said lands in the said county of Cavan to the same uses to which the said estates in the said counties of Fermanagh and Longford had been settled, and for other purposes.
