For granting unto his majesty the several aids, duties, rates, impositions and taxes therein particularly expressed to be expressed to be applied to the payment of the interest of the sums therein provided for, and towards the discharge of the said principal sums in such manner as therein is directed, and for such other purposes as are therein mentioned. |
