For extending the provisions of an act passed in this kingdom in the 19th and 20th years of his majesty's reign entitled an act for naturalizing such foreign merchants, traders, artificers, artisans, manufacturers, workmen, seamen, farmers and others, as shall settle in this kingdom. |
