Title	To amend an act passed in the 11th and 12th years of his present majesty's reign entitled an act for better regulating the foundling hospital and workhouse in the city of Dublin, and increasing the fund for the support thereof, also for making a provision for appointing a locum tenens in case of the death or absence of the lord mayor or the president of the court of conscience.
