Title To explain and amend an act passed in the 13th and 14th years of the reign of his present majesty King GeorgeĀ III entitled an act for the more effectual preventing the forging or altering the acceptance or endorsements of bills of exchange, or the numbers or principal sums of accountable receipts for notes, bills or other securities for payment of money or warrants, or orders for payment of money, or delivery of goods.
