To enable Edward Fitzgerald of Carrigoran in the county of Clare, esquire, to charge the lands, tenements and hereditaments comprised in certain deeds of lease and release, entered into upon his marriage with his late wife, Rachel Grady, deceased, daughter of Standish Grady, the elder, then of Elton, but now of Capper Cullen in the county of Limerick, esquire, with a jointure or provision for wife or wives, to be hereafter taken by the said Edward Fitzgerald. |
