'copies of [this bill and 3955] referred to the lords commissioners for trade and plantations, who are to examine into the same, and report and state to this committee, what alterations are made in the said bills, in the laws relating to the corn trade of Ireland, and whether any of the said alterations will operate materially to the prejudice of Great Britain' (PC 2/125, p. 241, 13 July 1780).
'copies of [this bill and 3955] (together with a report of the lords commissioners for trade and plantations thereupon) … referred to … treasury, who are to examine the said two bills, and report to this committee, what alterations are thereby made in the bounties granted by former bills for the same purposes, and how far the bounties so granted may be of prejudice to his majesty's revenue' (PC 2/125, p. 263, 18 July 1780).
'referred back to Mr Attorney General to make further amendments therein by leaving out the bounty upon biscuit exported, and by inserting such clause or clauses as he may judge necessary to explain the exportation measure upon which the bounties upon corn or grain ground or unground shall be allowed so as that the measure may be the same as in English law' (PC 2/125, p. 316, 3 Aug. 1780).
