- First engrossed without amendment 28 June 1780. 'Whereas a doubt hath arisen, whether it may not be proper to make some alteration in the seven bills hereunder mentioned, with respect to the dates from whence the provisions of the said bills, or some of them, are to commence and be in force, vizt. … ordered … that … the committee for the Irish bills do proceed to reconsider … notwithstanding … order in council of [28 June] approving thereof' (PC 2/125, pp 213-15, 30 June 1780). Reported again with amendments (PC 2/125, pp 217-21, 1 July 1780). Engrossed again 1 July 1780.
