Privy Council Notes: EPC committee ‘this day took into consideration the Irish bill for disarming papists and also a petition of Lord Mountgarret and others against the same and heard counsel thereupon, and their lordships were pleased to refer the said bill back to the attorney and solicitor general to make some alterations therein.’ 4 Mar. 1739[40].
