For freeing and discharging the lands and estate of Arthur Stafford, of Castletown, in the county of Westmeath, esquire, formerly called Arthur Geoghegan, of and from the several uses, estates and limitations thereof created, limited, or declared in and by a settlement made of the said lands by Edward Geoghegan, esquire, his late grandfather, by deeds of lease and release, bearing date respectively the 23rd and 24th days of March, 1703, to elude the acts of parliament made in this kingdom against the further growth of Popery. |
