To empower Sir George St George, surviving trustee mentioned in the settlement on his marriage with one of the daughters of Sir Oliver St George, deceased, to sell some small parcel of land and impropriations for payment of £700 debts, and that the residue of the money, raised by such sale, may be laid out for the purchase of other lands more contiguous. |
