Wrayburn, EugeneClose friend of Mortimer Lightwood. A barrister for seven years, Wrayburn is never in work. He is an upper class idle melancholic with an over bearing father M.R.F. The Harmon case goes to Wrayburn who meets Lizzie Hexam and pursues her with no understanding of his intensions. He educates Lizzie, despite her brother’s objections.
