SSESW PhD student Meral Koldas attended the Association for Behaviour Analysis International 2022 convention in Boston, Massachusetts, recently to present one of the studies from her PhD research. She was awarded the SABA (Society for the Advancement of Behaviour Analysis) Senior Student Presenter Grant to assist her with travel to attend the convention. Following her presentation at it, Meral was further awarded the SABA International Development Grant to support the implementation of Verbal Behaviour by Special Education Teachers in Turkey, her native county. SABA determined that Meral’s work is 'highly relevant, demonstrating an especially notable and strong commitment to the field of behaviour analysis.' Congratulations Meral!
