Second conference after COVID for QUILL: QUILL researchers attending the 28th EUCHEM conference on molten salts and ionic liquids (EUCHEMSIL 2022) in Patras, Greece.
QUILL researchers have just returned from the 28th EUCHEM conference on molten salts and ionic liquids (EUCHEMSIL 2022) in Patras, Greece - The conference covered fundamental aspects, applied research and industrial applications of ionic media over a broad temperature range.
Professor Gosia Swdzba-Kwasny, Professor John Holbrey brought their team composed of two QUILL post-doctoral research assistant: Emily Byrne and Novina Malvyia, and 10 QUILL PhD students: Emma McCrea, Anne McGrogan, Shanon McLAughlin (Swadzba-Kwasny group), Sam McCalmont, Mark Young (Moura group), Haris Amir, Dominic Burns, Aloisia King, Sanskrita Madhukailya and Junzhe Quan (Holbrey group) presented their work in front.
Special congratulation for Emma McCrea and Aloisia King for both winning a poster price.
After a full week of amazing talk and a closing gala:
They were then able to relax for a few more days and enjoy the sunny weather in Greece for a well deserved break.
