The School has won a bid to organise the outreach event "Girls in Maths" in April 2020. This national event, supported by the London Mathematical Society, runs every year in a different city and will come for the first time to Northern Ireland next year. Schoolgirls age 13-15yo will be invited from across Northern Ireland. The event, organised by Gabriele De Chiara, Ying-Fen Lin and Andrew Brown, will also be supported by the Outreach/Internationalisation and Athena SWAN committees in the School.
