School of Nursing and Midwifery host international Passion-HF consortium
On Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th March, 28 clinicians, researchers, nurses, and digital developers met in Belfast to discuss progress of the Passion-HF project.
This project will co-design, develop and test a digital tool called ‘DoctorME’ that will empower patients to self-manage their heart failure symptoms and medications. Delegates from Germany, Netherlands, Dublin, Belgium and England involved in this Interreg NWE funded project had the opportunity to share experiences, learn and plan next steps. The sun shone and everyone enjoyed two very productive days of meetings, interspersed with fun and hospitality provided by Queen’s university staff and the city of Belfast.
Feedback from delegates included Absolutely incredible organisation and execution …truly it was a resounding success.
