After a successful Scrums for Mums fundraiser earlier this year, Dr Esther Reid and Dr Janine Stockdale were able to present a cheque yesterday to Dr Paul Weir, Director of Essential Life Saving Skills for Africa (ELSSA). In total £16503.98 was raised, which includes donations/cheques already made directly to ELSSA of £2720. As we are giving £5000 to the Amani Family Centre, this leaves us with a further £8783.98 for ELSSA, making the total to ELSSA from the Scrums for Mums event as £11503.98.
