Launch of PCEP Annual Report 2023
We are delighted to announce the publication of our first Patient and Carer Education Partnership Annual Report on the 12th December 2023 for September 2022 to August 2023.
The report summarises the processes of the PCEP Forum and showcases the involvement within the School while capturing the excellent collaborative work that is ongoing. Our Forum is going from strength to strength with a welcomed increase in forum members.
