SARC PhD Graduate and ex-employee Úna Monaghan wins the inaugural Liam O’Flynn Award
Congratulations to SARC PhD Graduate and ex-employee Úna Monaghan for winning the inaugural Arts Council and National Concert Hall Liam O’Flynn Award 2019
We are delighted that Úna has been awarded the inaugural Liam O'Flynn Award by the Arts Council and National Concert Hall. The award provides recognition of and investment in her artistic creativity, and it will also help broaden engagement with the traditional arts within the milieu of the National Concert Hall and hopefully beyond. We hope too it brings greater visibility to her fascinating educational journey and the importance of her time in Queen's University Belfast both as a student and staff member.
