In this presentation, I will present the Healthy MiNDS Cohort, which is an ongoing cohort of low-risk pregnant women and their offsprings, in a low-middle income country (Brazil), living in low-setting areas. This study aims to investigate the impact of maternal adverse childhood events (ACEs) on child behavior and neurodevelopment, as well as the potential biological mechanisms that produce intergenerational trauma effects.
