2019 Vice-Chancellor’s Research Prize Shortlisting
Dr Aisling Gough has been shortlisted for the 2019 Vice-Chancellor’s Research Prizes in the Engagement category recognising her work in organisation and support of the “6 Nations” Relationship & Sexuality Education (RSE) in the context of National Sexual and Reproductive Health Strategies Symposium.
This event brought together stakeholders from the four nations of the UK [England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland], along with the Republic of Ireland and Uruguay to learn and disseminate information about RSE practice in each nation. The delegates were also joined by experts from the World Health Organisation and Rutgers International, Netherlands to share information on their work in RSE. The event was well attended and stimulated great enthusiasm among attendees, providing an opportunity for collective learning and international collaboration.
Congratulations to Aisling and good luck at the awards ceremony. Winners will be announced on Monday 9th December.
