Update: McClay Library Customer Service Desk

The ongoing renovation works to the Customer Service Desk on the Ground Floor of the McClay Library are now scheduled to be completed before start of term.

The revamp of the Customer Service Desk to create a unified service point for all library and IT-related queries is now underway. Once completed, these improvements will help us enhance your experience of using the Library by providing more efficient and streamlined support to all our customers. The works are now due to be completed before the start of term on 16th September.

During the upgrade, our services have been temporarily relocated to a nearby service desk situated on the Ground Floor next to the extended hours study area. Our staff will be available there to assist you with any library-related queries. Assistance with IT-related queries will continue to be provided from the IT Service Desk located nearby.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.  We are committed to keeping you updated on the progress of this project and will provide further updates as the work continues.
