Athlone IT Mechanical and Polymer Engineering graduate Alan Nugent has commenced a new FUSION project with IPC - Innovative Polymer Compounds in Kilbeggan, Co. Westmeath in conjunction with Queens University in Belfast and InterTrade Ireland. As the company is continuously growing, the volume of new inquiries where the customers are looking for advice on polymer compound formulations is also growing. Queries such as, colour matching polymers with ISO 10993 approved pigments or deciding which polymers and additives are most suitable for certain applications. The project deals with how to best provide solutions for these requests for the clients at a fast pace while providing exceptional service and satisfaction.
