In summer 2024, InQUBate and Queen’s University Belfast’s Graduate School launched the Futurum Programme, a competitive and immersive experience for aspiring entrepreneurs. Nearly 100 applicants vied for just 25 spots, with each participant bringing a unique vision for innovation. Those selected embarked on a transformative journey, tackling intensive workshops on topics like customer discovery, digital prototyping, and pitch refinement. The highlight was a “mystery start-up bus journey,” where participants explored real-world entrepreneurial hubs. Futurum concluded with an exciting pitch session, igniting possibilities for the next generation of Belfast entrepreneurs.
